Stuck in traffic, late for class or stressed?
Let it pass by and enjoy your day. Make the fullest out of it. Enjoy it.
And for the reason of this post. You might need a yoga class to attend too.
So the last week, I got invited to a well arranged yoga class for The Yoga Center in Burj Jassim. The event was arranged by the pretty & sweet Nouf H, the creative mind behind Pretty Little Things.
It was held on September 22 in Burj Jassim, as I previously mentioned.
I was really excited about this event especially that I tried a yoga class once upon a time, and although I was not that flexible, but I liked it. And who does not want de stress out his mind. So yeah please, sign me in. Hehe. You can tell, I was waiting the event patiently.
The event was well arranged between 3 classes. The breathing class, the warm class in the sun room (which is the center's signature area & the owners inspirational talk. I loved how the breathing class makes you feel afterword. It was so relaxing. My another favorite class was the warm class. They adjust heat & humidity to increase detoxification. Seriously, I LOVED IT. I have not tried anything like this before, atmosphere-wise. Every one should try it. It is really different. And I think it is what makes them shine among other health centers.
Now let us talk about the event & the place. Before even entering, you will see the most sweet welcoming message out there. I was like, I wanna have it hanged in my room's door.
The place was so welcoming & cozy. The owners & their staff were so sweet & helpful. The amazing arrangements in the even were all done by Noaf herself. The beverages were so refreshing. My favorite was the water infused w/ lemon & mint.
My favorite place was this corner. And there were many beautiful pieces hanged in the walls, beside the welcoming yoga tree at the entrance.
Last but not least, the goodie bag.
Check out this pic from my Instagram showing the goodie bag. And the star of the goodie bag was the, customized & made with love, yoga matt bag. The owners made the in HK and are available in the center's store. I love the effort the owners given to embrace the love in their center. They have hand picked &specially ordered everything from the Eco friendly yoga mats to the tables made of mango trees in the reception area.
I hope you have enjoyed my post. And I would like to thank The Yoga Center & Nouf H, @pltq8, for the amazing time I have spent there.
XO,
M.
